| The FACT Board of Directors held its First Annual Meeting on October 17, 2007. During this meeting FACT recognized the visionaries who created FACT and its vision, and those agencies that have become a member of the FACT Community Partnership Program. Certificates of Appreciation were presented to all. There was a special presentation of the Norine Sigafoose, Best Partner of the Year Award which was presented to Karen King, Executive Director of North County Transit District in recognition of the support given to FACT during the past year. In addition to office space and administrative support, FACT has received assistance from the contracts, finance, human resources, insurance, graphic arts, grants and IT departments.
