Board Meetings:
FACT Board meetings conform to Brown Act requirements. Board and CAM meetings are open to the public. Board meeting notice is posted 72 hours in advance. Meetings are generally held at Encinitas City Hall at 9 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month. A formal agenda listing items for consideration are posted on the website and at the meeting location. The agenda is available via email upon request. Any member of the public may address the Board subject to meeting protocol and Brown Act requirements. New Board members are appointed by current Board members by a majority vote.

CAM is a group of 31 regional transportation stakeholders. CAM meetings are held quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month. To encourage attendance, CAM meets virtually via Zoom. CAM Agenda is posted early and can be requested via email. CAM members are appointed by the FACT Board.
