Care Van Expanded Rides

Expanded Rides services provides donation-based transportation for seniors and disabled adults that are unable to drive due to the loss of a driver’s license or a physical disability and with few/no other means of transportation. Expanded Rides provides rides from volunteers, using their personal vehicles or the agency full-size wheelchair van, to area resident to medical appointments only that are up to 55 miles distance from the Fallbrook area. Please call for more information to schedule your ride. Foundation for Senior Care also provides additional senior support services (Fire & Fall prevention, Care Advocacy and Day Care programs).
