RideFACTNOW Completes Over 24,000 Trips and Secures Funding for a Second Year

SANDAG and FACT are proud to continue RideFACTNOW— a unique and innovative specialized transportation service for San Diego County residents with disabilities who use mobility devices and require wheelchair-accessible vans (WAVs). In its first year, this successful on-demand paratransit service operated on a same-day basis, with as little as one hour’s notice, and completed more than 24,000 trips.

Building on this strong performance, RideFACTNOW has secured funding for a second year and relaunched on December 15, 2025.

RideFACTNOW costs $10- $20 for a one-way ride.

RideFACTNOW is funded by SANDAG’s Access for All Cycle-2 grant and operated by FACT.
