Board Meetings:

Meeting Schedule and Access: FACT Board and CAM meetings are open to the public and conducted in compliance with the Brown Act. Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m., typically via Zoom.

Agendas and Notifications: Meeting notices are posted at least 72 hours in advance. Official agendas, which outline the items to be discussed, are available on our website, at the meeting venue, or via email upon request.

Public Participation and Governance: We welcome public engagement; members of the public are invited to address the Board in accordance with meeting protocols and Brown Act guidelines. Please note that new Board members are appointed by a majority vote of the sitting Board.

CAM consists of 31 regional transportation stakeholders. Meetings occur quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month and are conducted virtually on Zoom to promote participation. The CAM Agenda is published in advance and can be obtained by email upon request. CAM members are appointed by the FACT Board.
