FACT’s Board of Directors meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. CAM four times per year on the second Tuesday of the month.

Board Meetings:

FACT Board meetings comply with the Brown Act. Both Board and CAM meetings are accessible to the public. Notices for Board meetings are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting. Typically held at Encinitas City Hall, meetings commence at 9 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month. An official agenda detailing items for discussion is published on the website and at the meeting venue. The agenda can also be obtained by email upon request. Members of the public have the opportunity to address the Board, following meeting protocols and Brown Act guidelines. New Board members are appointed by a majority vote of the current Board members.

CAM consists of 31 regional transportation stakeholders. Meetings occur quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month and are conducted virtually on Zoom to promote participation. The CAM Agenda is published in advance and can be obtained by email upon request. CAM members are appointed by the FACT Board.
