Travel Training (Mobility Management Program)

The NCTD ADARide (Travel Training Mobility Management Program) helps new riders gain the confidence and tools needed to travel safely utilizing public transportation. These services are available to residents of the North Coastal and North Inland regions of the county only. This training includes how to use the transit system, understanding the transit schedules, paying fares, train/bus features, boarding and exiting, planning the trip, transit station locations and amenities, general problem solving options and the 511 systems. Training will generally consist of traveling from the rider's home to their destination. This program is for all ages. Screening process required. Call for details.
