Travelers Aid Society – Homeless Outreach Program

Provides information and referral services, vouchers for free California birth certificates, homeless certifications, direct referrals to the San Diego Rescue Mission, domestic violence assistance and information, senior transportation services, and no fee/reduced fare vouchers for DMV Identification Cards to homeless clients residing in San Diego County. No gas vouchers assistance.
