Veterans Transportation Service (VTS)- VetRide

If you are a Veteran, the Veteran's Transportation Service (VTS) is here to ensure you can make it to all your VA healthcare appointments. From Veterans living in remote and rural areas to those who are visually impaired, elderly, or immobilized due to disease or disability — VTS understands all the considerations needed to make transportation problems a distant memory.

Veterans eligible for VA health care benefits and with a VA-authorized appointment are automatically eligible for transportation through the VTS program.  You can use our Self-Service Portal to request a ride to your appointment. You can track your driver's location and estimated pickup time. Dispatch of your driver will ensure you are never late for your important medical appointments.

Passengers using this service can request rides at their leisure.  Intuitive process that will get you on your way in minutes.  Safety is one of our priorities. We will make sure you arrive at your destination safely and smoothly.
