GoGoGrandparent allows users to hail an Uber/Lyft without the use of a smartphone. We also bring accessibility and advanced ride management to people who would otherwise be unable to use ride sharing services. We screen the Uber and Lyft drivers we use to ensure that they are able and willing to transport people who may have specific needs, such as wheelchairs, walkers, ambulatory equipment, or mental health issues. We also blacklist drivers who show the slightest disinterest in transporting our passengers. Additionally, we have optional family notifications in the form of text messages that detail the exact location of every passenger to ensure that loved ones always know where their friends and relatives are. Our service allows organizations to register, schedule, and closely monitor rides using a custom dashboard that is tailored to customer needs. We operate in more than 500 cities, are partnered with numerous hospitals, and do thousands of rides a day. We charge $0.27 a minute on top of the standard Uber/Lyft fee.
